Long March to Dhaka ~ Do or Die | 5th August

3.30 AM, nope, I can't sleep, nor anyone, the whole generation of Bangladesh is passing a sleepless night as they have a great task to do tomorrow. Oh yeah, it's gonna be a history of a new Bangladesh or another darkest chapter in the history of Bangladesh. Just today the death toll is a hundred including students, police, general people, etc. Is this what we wanted or do we want it?

It’s 5th August, the sunrise is near, and the whole country is summoned to Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. “The Long March to Dhaka” is summoned for the endgame. No more scattered protests, now it's time to unite in one place for the ultimate hit, one that shakes the power to restore democracy. You know what's going on in Bangladesh, right? Also, you do know what happened in Sri Lanka, right? If you don't know about what's going on here, wait a few hours, everyone will know about tomorrow for sure, it's gonna be that big.

Even in my hometown, hundreds of miles away from Dhaka, which is known for its political power of supporting the current government, is also shaken by today’s movement where general people outnumbered them by strength and willpower. We showed the dominance of justice over injustice. Yet, the ending chapter is yet to be written for the beginning of a new chapter.

Among the news of deaths and casualties throughout the whole day, there came a chain of posts from some of the finest brains of Bangladesh who had settled in other countries and now want to return. You know what, almost all the students who have the means had one dream to leave this country, I had the same as well and I wrote about that too. Within a month, the dream to leave the country turned into the dream to reform the country. Those who had already left and are in good positions now support the ongoing movement and demand that the government step down, they want to return to their homeland and serve with what they had gathered throughout their journey. I was amazed to see the talents that we have lost, their current positions and mindsets, and their willingness to leave behind an established lifestyle and come back to this country to serve from nothing. I bet they want to pay back to our motherland and also to the martyrs.

Keep an eye on Bangladesh once you see this post, particularly on Dhaka. It's gonna be a do-or-die situation for Bangladesh. Yeah, if we fail this time then there is not going to be any more escape, we were cripple before this movement, and now we're gonna be dead, completely dead. Do you think that if a dictator survives from the verge of downfall will let this happen again? It happens today or tomorrow but in between that, there is a high price for the masses to pay. We don't want this, we want this rule to end here, today!! The death toll could be a few thousand as well tomorrow, but who fears? People of Bangladesh have learned to stand in front of the rifles with eyes straight, spread hands, and chest open. It's them who are leaving the country with special flights, go away, we want you guys to spare this country and let us reform!!

Keep an eye on us, she didn’t step down on her own, now it's time to drag her down. The long march to Dhaka, may this end here and we get a new beginning, we are excited and tensed at the same time because the payment we had already paid is huge and we don't wanna make this even bigger. Let's hope for the best, and keep Bangladesh in your prayers.
