Es cierto que en muchos ámbitos de la vida debe estar determinado donde está la autoridad y quien la ejerce; eso deja claro por ejemplo quien es el jefe, el que das las órdenes, tomas las decisiones y va en la posición más alta de una pirámide; si los niveles más altos de una estructura están representados por una autoridad que se hace necesaria para establecer un orden de las cosas. Esto sucede en el trabajo, en los negocios y en sí en todas las organizaciones, bien sean pequeñas, medianas o grandes.

Sin embargo, esto no se trata de solo tener autoridad para mandar, gritar, imponer y mantener una centralización de poder; porque el respeto no se obtiene de esa manera a través del miedo sino cuando demuestras ser un buen líder que sabe trabajar en equipo y delegar el trabajo haciendo un buen uso de la autoridad que se le otorga. En la práctica se ven distintos tipos de actitudes porque las personas confunden este término y lo aplican tan mal que llegan a ser muy autoritarios, déspotas e impositivos con la excusa de que están ejerciendo su autoridad, y no es lo mismo.

Una de las reacciones de las personas cuando están hartas de este tipo de comportamientos es el rechazo total a estos; aunque sean sus jefes, encargado de la comunidad o responsable de una familia, un día deciden que se acabó la autoridad. Porque esta es otra época, ya no hay tanto silencio ni permiten la opresión, ahora se arman de valor y rechazan manifestando su desacuerdo con las acciones y tratos inadecuados que no piensan seguir tolerando.

In practice we see different types of attitudes because people confuse this term and apply it so badly that they become very authoritarian, despots and imposing with the excuse that they are exercising their authority, which is not the same thing.

One of the reactions of people when they are fed up with this type of behaviour is the total rejection of it; even if they are their bosses, in charge of the community or responsible for a family, one day they decide that the authority is over. Because this is a different era, there is no longer so much silence and they no longer allow oppression, now they take courage and reject, expressing their disagreement with the inappropriate actions and treatment that they do not intend to tolerate any longer.
