Ukwa had always been very mischievous, always playing one prank or the other, on the villagers. And he always got away with it because he was a drunk and people tend not to take him seriously or just got tired of his ways. One day, he had a fall-out with a village elder, Okonta, for always misbehaving and so he boasted that he was going to deal with him someday, for always meddling in his affairs.

Months later, Okonta started suffering from an infection of the skin and Ukwa boasted that he knew of an ancient remedy, made from a secret magical oil which could cure any kind of skin infection. Okonta believed him and requested that he got some for him.

Ukwa set about planning his revenge on Okonta, "Afterall it was better served cold", he grinned wickedly. He entered the nearby forest, gathered beetles, and painstakingly extracted their "magical" oil.

Okonta was grateful as he took delivery of the oil, feeling that his skin problem would soon be a thing of the past, he rubbed the oil generously on his skin. At first, he felt relief but within minutes, his skin began to burn seriously. Ukwa's oil wasn't healing oil at all but a blistering agent!
Soon, Okon was running from pillar to post almost naked, unable to bear the itching Ukwa's oil was causing him, he desperately tried to wash the burning off, much to the amusement of the villagers. They howled with laughter as Okonta, now covered in blisters, dashed from house to house, seeking for any form of relief.
In the end, it was discovered that Ukwa had played a fast one on him, he had exacted his full pound of flesh.
