Traditional Methods | A 5-Minute FreeWrite

“The object of terrorism is terrorism. The object of oppression is oppression. The object of torture is torture. The object of murder is murder. The object of power is power. Now do you begin to understand me?”
― George Orwell, 1984

Traditional Methods

Source

When he was a torturer at the service of the State, he always got the job done. He could pull the most outrageous confessions from the most harmless people. That’s how effective his traditional methods were.

He refused to use guns, fire, water boarding, or any other method that could put some distance between his victims body and his. He preferred the link his hand tools allowed him to experience.

He relished in the pain he caused to others and fed from their screams, sweat, blood, and spasms. Sometimes, out of sheer pleasure, he kept tring more tools, even after they had gotten the alleged confessions they wanted. Even after the victim was dead.

It is payback time now and we’re going to give him a taste of his own medicine. We don’t need him to confess anything. We just want him to experience every connection of his hand tools, only from the other end.
