Thankfully, the last million light years had passed without incident.
The last leg of their journey was particularly difficult as their destination was covered by dense dust clouds and auto piloting this bit seemed impossible as the destination could not be mapped. Hence, the Scout Ship was sent ahead to manually map the route and also warn of any potential threats.
The Scout Ship seems to be almost smiling with glee here, with its light sail unfurled and cruising along on what seems to be a pre laid space highway. It is almost as if the Sentients have been expecting them and have cleared the way of any dangers with Star pointers at the right places. The fabric of space itself seems to have been twisted to point them to their destination now. Just a few light years left. They cannot lose their way now. They are finally home....
Hello everyone, hope you are fine. This is my second post related to AI generated art and it seems things are getting better. I have always wanted to write but this image inspired me to actually write something about it. I am very happy with how this one turned out to be. It also has slightly higher resolution than the previous one.
