Hi chess player and happy new month to you.
Today, I decided to increase my rating on the lichess.com by playing with my Android phone and I can say for sure yesterday was really a fantastic day for me as I went on a winning streak of games to hit 1888 points ranking on lichess.com. Yes, about 5 months ago I had promised myself to make it 2,000 by year-end but it has really been a very difficult time playing chess online with so many strong hands out there. I watch quite a lot of Youtube videos and that helped a lot. Last month I was able to take my rating to 1934 but it was very difficult maintaining that level of rating as I kept on dropping to 1800. It was a very big loss of form on my side for some weeks due to some phycological instability but I went on to play because l just can't stop playing when l have the time and I completely lost it.
I read a post here some hours ago where someone wrote that when you start losing interest in a chess game that you don't mind lose or win then there is a problem. That really hit me and I was like this was the problem. But in the past few days I've been able to work myself back gradually to 1888 with some discipline and I'm very happy for it. 1888 caught my attention because the figure arrangement is quite unique.

I started the game with Ruy Lopez opening which is one of the opening Nepo used against Magnus Carlsen. My favourite has been London System when l play white or Slave Defense when l play black but I have developed some much interest in Ruy Lopez opening. It's being amazing how some few players fall for the opening. I'm not in the league of aggressive playing style but it gradually working for me but l still make a lot of mistakes after computer analysis. My favourite time frame is 10+ as l discovered l lose more games under time pressure.

I will definately learn from these analyses and l am looking forward to make it 1950 by the end of the year on a consistent basis by God's grace.
To the gurus @lighteye @schamagerbert and others few Hivians l have chatted with on this wonderful chess community, l will welcome any pdf material that will help me up my games and strengthen my weakness.
