Hello to the #hive!
After a productive day of demolition and beach clean ups in what was actually very nice weather it's now time to wind down. It's turned a tad grey and rainy so with the absence of a suitable sunset I fancied a nice glass of single malt whisky.
Somehow , even with the rain and greyness , everything is absolutely fine with a wee dram of the gold liquid.
Usually at this hour there's a few faces around but as it's a bit bleak I'm alone. Or maybe I've just annoyed a few folks recently. It's entirely possible, I am rather talented in that department.
Nice to be alone with my thoughts though. More reflection on the day and pondering the ifs, buts and maybes of the future. Not like my #coffee morning which is all thinking of what lays directly ahead usually. When will this limbo we are in ever finish. It's more than a little frustrating right now as just when it seems things are going to happen they are suddenly halted in their tracks. Tomorrow we wait for the decision of what will and won't be allowed moving forward into whatever type of quarantine they tell us it will be next.
I'll sip my #whisky and try and be hopeful we will have some good, positive news to work with on the morrow.
So on that note I'll wish you all well and I sincerely hope things are improving in whatever part of the planet you may be in at this moment in time.
