Saludos gente bonita de #hive este año que termina el día de hoy, un año que sin lugar a dudas constituyó una serie de retos para todos en Venezuela y el mundo entero, año de transición, post-pandemia y cambios a nivel geopolítico, cultural, climático, etc. y el acceso a nuevas tecnologias como la Inteligencia Artificial, y la masificación de las redes sociales e influencers con ellas, nos han dejado mucho aprendizaje, por lo que, antes de todo, debemos agradecer a Dios, en todas sus formas y manifestaciones.
Más a lo interno, nosotros a nivel grupal, decidimos cristalizar en la web 3.0 un proyecto en el que ya hacía un tiempo veníamos trabajando en equipo, hasta que, por sugerencia de un amigo muy apreciado, dimos inicio al proyecto de #lacasitahive, desde ese mismo momento nos dedicamos a la educación y a la #masificación de nuestro #ecosistema #hive en este rinconcito del planeta tierra, y desde ese primer día, pudimos ver cómo poco a poco nacía una comunidad que le abría y le sigue abriendo las puertas a esas personas a las que les llegamos a mostrar las bondades de nuestro ecosistema, incluso a muchas que ya formaban parte de nuestra blockchain desde algún tiempo.
Nos enfocamos en principio en fundaciones, grupos de artistas e individualidades de este medio, que nos manifestaban la necesidad de un espacio desde donde mostrar al mundo el arte que cada uno de ellos desarrolla, y así poder compartir con el mundo la cultura e idiosincrasia de nuestra maravillosa tierra.
También tocamos parte del sistema educativo, en busca de esa juventud estudiante de informática, telemática, buscando sumar sus capacidades al desarrollo de nuestra blockchain.
También nos atrevimos a llevar la propuesta de hive a una universidad, en medio de un acto académico al cual nos invitaron como proyecto en web3, y de lo cual salió una maravillosa propuesta de llevar la marca de hive, a cada una de las carreras que está universidad alberga.

Todo esto lo hicimos con recursos propios, como parte de la retribución que todos y cada uno de los miembros de nuestro ecosistema, (en nuestra humilde opinión) debe aportar para hacer crecer este maravilloso proyecto.
En verdad ha sido un trabajo arduo, lleno de muchísimos desafíos, para nada fáciles, pero llenos de un amor inmenso por este ecosistema, desde nuestros inicios hemos impulsado a muchas personas a incorporarse a nuestra blockchain, algunos se han quedado, otros no, aunque de eso no hablaremos hoy, ya que en otras oportunidades hemos tratado de explicar porque no se quedan los usuarios nuevos, en esto estamos trabajando, pero también hay otro tanto que aunque habían abandonado, luego de una serie de recomendaciones que le hemos estado impartiendo, están regresando de manera paulatina.
La comunidad de #Lacasitahive nació como un refugio para esas personas que están en búsqueda de un rinconcito donde poder sentirse a gusto, sobretodo cuando están iniciando y no saben cómo se maneja el ecosistema, seguimos trabajando para sacar adelante este proyecto, hasta ahora contamos con muy poco apoyo, pero tenemos la mejor de las intenciones y esto nos impulsa a seguir trabajando, porque amamos al ecosistema, y creemos firmemente que corrigiendo algunas cosas y con el esfuerzo de todos, lograremos hacer crecer nuestra blockchain como una alternativa a la web2.

Es por eso que desde el equipo de #lacasitahive, nuestra familia, y los amigos que creen realmente en nuestro ecosistema y más allá, en nuestro humilde proyecto de masificación, queremos desearles a todos, que tengan la más hermosa noche de fin de año y recibamos al 2024, como el año de cristalizar nuestros sueños, el año dónde multiplicaremos nuestros esfuerzos de desarrollar y hacer crecer nuestro, (por ahora), pequeño rinconcito en la web3, además queremos invitarlos a todos a seguir trabajando honestamente por nuestro ecosistema, vamos a impulsarlo, vamos a llevarlo al sitial de honor que este merece.
Para el próximo año que está por iniciar en el equipo de #lacasitahive haremos los cambios necesarios para adaptarnos a los nuevos tiempos, y les invitamos a ser parte de nuestra comunidad, a participar de nuestras iniciativas y sobretodo les extendemos la invitación a todas esa increíbles abejitas a que sigamos construyendo en #web3, seamos parte de la nueva forma de interactuar con el internet.
Hive es el futuro, aunque ya estamos en él!!!

More internally, as a group, we decided to crystallise a project that we had been working on as a team for some time on the web 3.0 a project that we had been working on as a team for some time, until, at the suggestion of a very dear friend, we started the #lacasitahive project, from that very moment we dedicated ourselves to the education and #masification of our #hive #ecosystem in this little corner of planet earth, and from that first day, we could see how little by little a community was born that opened and continues to open the doors to those people to whom we showed the benefits of our ecosystem, including many who were already part of our blockchain for some time.
We initially focused on foundations, groups of artists and individuals in this field, who expressed the need for a space from which to show the world the art that each one of them develops, and thus be able to share with the world the culture and idiosyncrasies of our wonderful land.
We also touch part of the education system, looking for young students of computer science, telematics, seeking to add their skills to the development of our blockchain.
We also dared to take the hive proposal to a university, in the middle of an academic event to which we were invited as a web3 project, and from which came a wonderful proposal to take the hive brand to each of the careers that this university hosts.

We did all this with our own resources, as part of the contribution that each and every member of our ecosystem (in our humble opinion) must make to make this wonderful project grow.
It has truly been hard work, full of many challenges, not easy at all, but full of immense love for this ecosystem, since our inception we have encouraged many people to join our blockchain, some have stayed, others have not, although we will not talk about that today, as on other occasions we have tried to explain why new users do not stay, we are working on this, but there are also many others that although they had left, after a series of recommendations that we have been imparting, they are gradually returning.
The #Lacasitahive community was born as a refuge for those people who are looking for a little corner where they can feel at ease, especially when they are starting and do not know how the ecosystem is managed, we continue working to move this project forward, so far we have very little support, but we have the best of intentions and this encourages us to continue working, because we love the ecosystem, and we firmly believe that correcting some things and with the effort of all, we will grow our blockchain as an alternative to web2.
