These photos are taken from our visit to Jamaica Bay and Rockway Beach, Queens, NYC on a Sunny day. Though we live in Astoria, Queens both Jamaica Bay and Rockway beach, parts of Queens is far away from us. Queens is a pretty large and weird-shaped borough. Some regions of Queens are far far away from Astoria than most other boroughs.
We went there by using two NYC ferries from Astoria to Wall Street pier and from Wall Street to Rockway Beach pier. It took us almost two hours to reach there. However, the day was very sunny, warm, and comfortable. It was a very pleasant journey and stay while we enjoyed the cool and sweet breeze of the great Atlantic Ocean.
