Its another Creative Sunday which always brings us beautiful cooking for those of us who loves to cook and today am bring to share with you some special recipe of Spicy Fried Rice in Continental Style with a side meal.
This special kind of Spicy Fried Rice is a meal you will love.if.you can take out time to prepare it in the steps by steps that I have used in this publish. Because preparing fried rice takes lots of time and lots of ingredients, but it's a.meal you get to enjoy if the recipe works out well
So guys in my today's Creative Sunday I took out time to prepare this deliciously appetizing recipe you will love.
So let's get started with making this special recipe of Spicy flavor richness
INGREDIENTS :
400 gr of rice
1 big size bell papers
8 finger carrots
1 sachet of black pepper
2 chicken flavor cubes
2 fried rice seasonings
1 teaspoon of curry
1 teaspoon of thyme
Vegetable oil to fry
salt to tast
some chicken broth
1 large cucumber
salad cream
Extra Ingredients :
Some Chicken

Onions
Red peppers
Steps For Preparation:
- We start by washing our measured rice thoroughly and soaking it with boiled hot water for 30 minutes.
- Then we wash our carrots and bell pepper and slice, dice to choice of shape.
- Wash and slice the onion, the red peppers and blend together.
- We wash our chicken, spice it up very well and leave for few minutes to allow it absorb the ingredients. Then we set.it on the cooker to cook very tender.
- We start to fry our vegetables by adding vegetable oil to the frying pan after heating it up. Add a bit.of salt, add green peppers, the carrots and fry for a while before we add the thyme, curry, and Spicity seasoning.
- We allow the vegetables to fry to bring out its flavor, then we add our blended onion and chilli. Stir very well and allow few minutes before we add cubes, some dry peppers and chicken broth and then the chicken. Fry until sauce looks integrated.
- We then drain the rice we have soaked now for 30 minutes put it in a pot , add just little water to avoid over cooking set it on the stove to cook. Ounce cooked and dried, we add the fried sauce into the boiled textured rice and mix gradually well. Make sure it's well dried to absorb the sauce well.
- Our cucumber is washed, cut, sliced and diced for the salad making. We add the cream, some caps of Red Wine and mix .
And now guys we serve our Spicy Fried Rice in Continental Style with the cucumber salad. It taste so delicious and we'll spiced.
