The issue of wages and it's distribution is obviously biased, I may not know of other countries but I will make my reference and emphasize based on what i see in my region and country.
Firstly, they are people who earn more money than they work for and also they are people who earn far lesser than they work for.
This is purely and unbalanced ecosystem of labour forces.

Now I want to address the fact that teachers are being paid peanuts considering the amount of work, stress and efforts they apply in teaching which is clearly unfair compared to the amount of money that politicians consume just by attending a meeting.
Or compare this to the penny that the military is being paid to risk their lives in terms of security and protect a whole country.

When we look into this matter, we can clearly deduce that they should be a reschedule on salaries and how these people earn on a daily because let's deliberate a little about these jobs.
A teacher is responsible for an educated pupil and students therefore giving birth to an educated country.
The teachers are responsible for a civilized country as well because the knowledge they impact into the live of kids is what shapes them to become civilized humans in the Society today therefore putting a country in good shape.

The military job is the most painful of them all, just imagine a soldier protecting a whole country with his whole life and getting paid just peanuts for risking his life, the military is one of the most painful jobs i find in my country today due to how this people are being treated and given a very low value in return.
But despite all this, the big politicians of the country are earning far better than these people by just sitting in the office, stealing money and attending meetings with other stress free routines in the name of politicians.

A country with a right state of mind and a determined goal in the future cannot be paying politicians more than they pay teachers whose work is to build a country by impacting knowledge to the future leaders of tomorrow.
Clearly, the teachers are meant to earn more if the country really value of the future.

As a president, governor or ruler, it is mandatory to look into the efforts of people and how much their efforts are being valued or appreciated in terms of wages. and i believe this is one of the reasons why we do have insecurity because obviously the way they security agents are being valued is not worth their efforts.
imagine paying a police officer $50 in a month and the police officer happens to apprehend some culprits who could bribe him $500 to buy their way through the law without being caught?
Now you can see where my point is driving at!

If i am given such a golden opportunity to work on the budget of salaries on how different sectors of the country is being paid, I woul definitely pump in money to the security sectors and schools, this will ensure that there is a good level of security, and everyone gets to be well educated with a skill. what more do we need in a country?.
