Do you think all workers should earn equal pay? Why?
We know that man is the best creature in creation, the creator himself created this human race. Food, clothes and water are most important for human survival. People work in different organizations to earn a living.
Yes I think all workers should get equal pay irrespective of gender, caste, religion, caste. Because it will eliminate gender discrimination, caste discrimination, social discrimination to a large extent.

If we want to talk about wages of workers then we have to say that workers do a certain work and in return for that work they get a remuneration. In my opinion, all those who do manual labor here should be paid the same. Be it male or female, black or fair. And those who have been helping their work organization through mental labor through talent should be paid according to their work. Like here their salary is fixed depending on their talent, work skills, previous experience, craft, work speed, good presentation. That is, the contribution they can make to their workplace is what their salary is. But in this case, I want to say that even among such human workers, boys and girls cannot be sub-produced, it is natural that they will be paid according to their skills.
We celebrate International Women's Day, so gender discrimination in work is never desirable, women have fought a lot to get what they deserve and to establish their rights. If we can ensure equal pay for all workers then-

First of all, the education rate should be increased by increasing the education rate of the people. In this, if the people are educated, if the people can be converted into the power of the people, they will themselves be able to get their rights and due remuneration.
2. Work Oriented Education:
There is no alternative to work oriented education to transform people into man power and to realize their rights and eliminate unemployment. When the boy or girl is able to express their own merits they will also be aware of their salary.
3. Humanity and respect:
If humanity can be awakened among people and if people forget religion, race, caste, gender differences and respect each other, then it is possible to eliminate wage inequality among workers.
4. Legal enforcement:
If there is pay discrimination anywhere, if proper enforcement of laws can be implemented, then it is possible to remove the pay discrimination.

All in all, I think their relationship will be filled with respect, affection, respect, cordiality and loyalty. Both workers and employers have the right to earn their livelihood.
