When it comes to staying fit, we all expect it. To keep our bodies fit and healthy, we all have our own methods to keep our bodies fit and healthy. We can do a variety of fitness methods. starting from going to the gym, working out at home, jogging, exercising, and so on. I have my own method for keeping my body healthy, namely I regularly walk. and alhamdulillah, my body is always fit in doing all my daily activities. how do I keep my body fit, so I will write about this in this edition. I hope that my writing in this edition will be of interest to all readers.
One way to keep my body fit and healthy is to always walk. My habit of walking started when I was in high school. This habit started, because I used to go to my school on foot. I used to use a motorbike to go to school. but because my parents used my motorbike to go to work, I immediately decided to go on foot to school. and coincidentally also my school house is not too far from home which is 3 km from my house. At first I felt tired and annoyed when I always had to walk to school. but gradually because I got used to it, I started to like it until now. so I prefer to walk rather than have to use a motorbike if my trip is not too far from where I am. (For example, shopping, going to the shop, buying necessities and other needs).
At first I did not know the benefits of walking. I just found out about the benefits of walking when I was in college. I happened to be majoring in biology and we had studied about the health of the human body. apparently after studying this, I just found out what makes my body fit and healthy because I always walk. The benefits that I feel when I walk are enormous. starting from maintaining heart health, burning calories, maintaining lung health, increasing body muscle strength, especially legs, improving eyesight, to calming the mind and many other benefits of walking and I only realized it now. apparently my body stays in shape, stays fit and healthy because of my habit of walking until now. Therefore, walking is a fitness method that I live happily and has many benefits for my fitness and health to carry out my daily activities.
Indeed, there are lots of fitness methods, body methods to be fit and healthy for us to do in between our busy lives. but it all depends on whether we want to do it or not for the sake of maintaining the health of our bodies today and in the future.
