"Equilibrium"

Hi Hive Lovers

On every side of life, we have a point of equilibrium. This strange vocabulary can be defined as a steady state due to opposing, balanced, or equivalent forces and balance. Being in the middle and keeping everything stable without falling for our alignment at one point by neglecting another point.

I found these vertically arranged glasses at a coffee shop I subscribe to. They piled it in the corner of the barista's table with other items they used frequently, except for a few "doll heroes" they never used.

They arranged the glasses for aesthetic reasons not to look like an empty workbench. They must look busy at work in the eyes of coffee connoisseurs who stop by there. The work tools on display will also show a busy life, right?

My focus is on the arranged glass.

It is something that is impossible for us to always be in balance at all times. Trying to keep just one point will cause us to miss another point. You can't always be in one place, while other places need your presence. You can't ignore your left because you care more about your right.

If you arrange your glasses vertically for any reason, including for space saving reasons or for aesthetic reasons. So what you will do is find the middle point so that the glasses can stand in balance and do not fall.

Think Well for Mental Equilibrium

Think Well concerns our balance in acting and reacting to a situation.
As a small example, when you enter a traffic jam, you can notice how people who are stuck in traffic react.
In the first person, you'll either hear a horn that doesn't really need to be sounded, or you'll see a swearing person cursing himself for being there.
The second person, you will also see someone who casually enjoys traffic jams by sitting quietly while reading the book he is carrying. people casually waiting for the traffic jam to break down and traffic to return to normal.

You must have experienced that situation and can recall what your reaction was at that time and what was the benefit of you choosing that attitude?

Whatever your reaction at that time, it has affected you yourself. The impact is on your mental balance. If you act like the first person, then your mentality will fall and you will become more messy from the traffic jam conditions.
If your attitude is in the second person, then your mental stability is even better because you get new enlightenment from the book you read. Traffic jams that are beyond your control have no effect on your mental state. You are still fine even when you are in a bad mood.

You are not forbidden to respond to a situation with emotion, but you are required not to let that emotion stay in you for too long, causing you to lose control of yourself.

Eat Well for Physical Equilibrium

Eat Well concerns our balance in fulfilling nutrition and nutrition from the food we consume and adequate rest which affects the health of our bodies.
The health of our bodies comes entirely from what we consume and the rest is rest that we must fulfill. If you have ever known the 1/3 formula in meeting the needs of our stomach, it is the division of stomach space for air, water and food.

We are not recommended to consume one of them in excess, you can't if you don't eat and don't drink at all, because the space in your stomach will be filled with all the air. You are also not recommended to swallow your food too much until you can not move because your stomach is full of food. Or you are also not recommended to just drink water without eating at all.

We all have to control the balance of our bodies by giving their respective ideal portions and the same is true of the rest we must run. You will not be able to sleep for days and also will not be able to sleep for days. It's all a physical balance that we must maintain.

Live Well for Mental & Physical Equilibrium

Live Well, of course, concerns our balance in acting and reacting to our mental and physical needs. If we ignore one of them, there will be inequality in one of them. You will not get a good mental state when your body is sick. And your body will also feel the influence when you are mentally unstable.

Mentally and physically we won't get balance when we just sit or just lie down all the time. On the other hand, both of them will also lose balance when we carry out continuous activities without rest. Silent or moving continuously will greatly affect our mental and physical balance.

Mentally and physically both require moving from a bad state to an ideal state that both of them need. You will not be able to continue to survive in a bad situation or even comfortable conditions. In bad situations mentally and physically we will be depressed and in the most comfortable conditions, mentally and physically we will also be depressed. You will be bored with your comfort level, you will want to increase that comfort level. Keeping the balance point of both can be done with Live Well.

Think Well, Eat Well & Live Well” can be a function of alarming imbalances in our lives whenever we face something that we cannot predict and is beyond our control. Everything should be in our control, but in fact not everything we can predict and not everything we can control.

This concept teaches us to compromise with any situation and condition in our lives. We as humans are destined to have a mind and a heart. Mind to think and heart to feel. We absolutely need a balance of both in the face of every situation.

We are required to use the balance of mind and heart to do good for our own body and mind and also for others around us. Respond to a situation that you face with a healthy body and a strong mind. In a healthy body there is a strong soul.
