Today's topic is a sensitive one, and I understand that many of you may have different opinions from mine. I respect everyone’s perspective. Without further delay, I would like to share my thoughts with you. As the world progresses, the problems in our lives are increasing, and one of these problems is theft. Due to rising costs, people are often compelled to resort to such measures. How can a person bear to see their children go hungry?

Here's the translation of your paragraph into English:

We are indeed progressing, but we are forgetting our moral values. I vividly remember that in my childhood, when a household couldn’t cook food, the neighbours around that house would be aware of it. And when needed, food was shared from one house to another.

And this very thing, in my view, makes village life better compared to city life. If I were asked where I would like to spend my life, I would always choose the village.

I was talking about rising costs. As I mentioned earlier, inflation is increasing, and due to unmet needs, people are compelled to resort to theft. Some principles are being abandoned.

Many young people are compelled to commit crimes due to a lack of employment opportunities. I believe that by providing them with good educational facilities, we can change their mindset. I know this is a very difficult task, but nothing is impossible.

First, we need to meet with every inmate in prison and ask each one of them when and how they entered the world of crime.

If we can identify the underlying reason why someone gets trapped in the world of crime, we will succeed in their rehabilitation. I know that not all criminals are the same. Some commit crimes solely by choice, without any compulsion. It is wrong to think that such people can be reformed; they never will. Whenever they are released from prison, due to their criminal mindset, they will likely get involved in another crime.

If we want these criminals to reform, we need to change the environment in our prisons. We must categorize criminals based on the nature of their crimes. If a minor offender, whose crime is not very serious, stays with hardened criminals, they will also become a serious criminal, which is very detrimental.
