Due to rising costs, people are often compelled to resort to such measures. How can a person bear to see their children go hungry?

If we want these criminals to reform, we need to change the environment in our prisons. We must categorize criminals based on the nature of their crimes. If a minor offender, whose crime is not very serious, stays with hardened criminals, they will also become a serious criminal, which is very detrimental.
