Equal Pay or Suitable Pay?

All individuals must work to earn a living, but the nature of their job determines their income. While some earn more due to their job profile, others earn less because of the type of work they do. The amount earned can depend on working hard or working smart. There is a significant discrepancy between physical labor and sitting in an air-conditioned room, which results in a substantial income difference.

From the early stages of life, success is linked to education, which leads to job prospects. Nonetheless, some uneducated but experienced individuals excel in their business ventures. If an equal pay system were introduced, how would this affect society?

Doctors are some of the highest-paid professionals in India as they invest years in education and then practice. Private healthcare practitioners make more than their government counterparts, tending to a rich clientele. If everyone earned the same amount regardless of their positions, it would be unfair to those who study and strive to earn such an income.

The CEO of a company deserves more compensation than a lower-level employee because they have more experience and education. Salary differences provide an incentive to work harder and seek higher positions. A discrepancy in salaries is necessary to encourage people to work hard and strive to succeed.

Politicians receive excellent pay, but this does not justify lifetime pension plans. An equal pay system would not solve any issues in society, as several factors need to be considered.

Apart from ensuring equal pay for all, my aim is to implement a uniform pay structure for individuals working at the same rank. This means that irrespective of gender or location, every person working at a particular rank will receive the same salary. I believe in the importance of uplifting everyone through equality, and merely making salaries equal is not the ultimate solution. In fact, this concept may hinder development, as people may receive the same pay despite not working hard.

I am particularly interested in improving the payment system for teachers. Teaching is a noble profession that guides and inspires students to choose the right career path for their future. Education is essential for the overall development of individuals and society. Recently, I heard in the news that our state is facing a severe shortage of teachers. The lack of adequate teachers will impair our ability to create a better world. Therefore, my priority is to fill this gap and create an environment that encourages people to pursue teaching as a career path. Teachers should concentrate on providing quality basic education in schools and advanced education in colleges to help students achieve their full potential.

In conclusion, an equal pay system may seem fair, but it would be unjust for those who study and work hard to achieve a higher income. Salary differences and incentives for people to work hard are necessary. Nonetheless, this does not justify lifetime pension plans, and regulations must be introduced to regulate politicians' salaries and benefits.

To foster progress and improve our community, we require a hierarchical payment system rather than uniform compensation. An elevated salary serves as a fundamental incentive for individuals, and the absence thereof deters people from contributing their best efforts. Ultimately, this could create obstructions in various areas.

Implementing minimum wage system seams good as it will ensure that the people will get for the basics needs. In Indian we have minimum wages syatem but to be honest it is not Implemented in effective way. Many private firms pay less and even pople work for more hours also (more then the described by the government). At many places still child labor is a big issue.

With those words I am ending my todays post.
