Technology is the knowledge about scientific and industrial methods or the use of these methods. The use of this scientific methods has been in use since time immemorial and improvement has been on it over time particularly in the mid 18th century but the pace at which technology tends to be improving as we have witnessed it in the world today and in this present century is of no doubt that it is obviously on increase side and moreso, the world we are currently, had moved gradually from analogue system to digital system with the birth and growth of rapid technological advancement.
The rapid development and transformation which technology brings in our environment can never be underestimated of which I guess with the improvement and the transformation which technology is bringing in our daily life activities, no one can develop the opinion that the use of scientific method and the industrial methods known as technology is not necessary because it's necessity in worldly transformation can never overlooked because the application of technology has cut across all aspect off human life and has also reshaped every aspect of human life as well.
Imagine the rapid pace of communication technological advancement, the impact of technological advancement in the development of agriculture for the purpose of large scale food production, the impact of technological science as well as invention of well designed medical equipments, the effect of technology in transportation system, the science of robotics and artificial intelligence inn engineering which has brought the development of robots which is now replacing the efforts of many human labour with a single well designed robots in many companies around the globe.
Looking into the future and predicting the future with the current transformation of the world which technology has brought, it's obvious that the future expected pace at which technology will tends too move will triple the current pace at which it is currently moving and it shall also cut across more of human life activities in the future than the present. For instance, in the past it takes many decades for a brand of car to release a new model of the same brand it might have release one because then it takes human labour to couple all the part of a car or vehicle and the numbers the cars intended to manufacture as there had never been an invention of robotics compare to our present time that the new model of a brand of car take few months and production of larger quantities of car can be achieved within few months due to the invention, adoption replacement of human labour with robotics science.
Artificial intelligence is one of the leading technologies presently which has currently adopted in our daily life activities of which I personally believe through my personal research and by the virtue of my profession as a programmer that technology will impact positively more on our lives in the future such as in our learning system, communication system and job creation.
Although, some researcher held the believe that artificial intelligence will lead to job displacement, but as this statement and research is fact some researcher still opined that artificial intelligence will still create more jobs in the future than the jobs it will displaced and it will eventually to gradual or total transition of individual from analogue to digital lifestyle, the pointer to this assertion is the report of the research conducted by the world economic forum titled "Future of job report 2023" which concluded via there research that with the emergence of artificial intelligence, 83 million of jobs will be created while 69 million of job will be displaced.
Conclusively, the future of technology is bright because it will create rapid development in all aspect of human needs such as engineering, medicine, agriculture and a few to mention
