In today's time, where on one hand the unemployment rate has increased so much that it is becoming very difficult to get a job, on the other hand, there are such jobs which many people do not even like to do and even some jobs are such that no human being can do them. Would not want to do it even if there is great compulsion. Many times I also see that in many places there are advertisements for such jobs in which the salary is also very good, but when they are of such a type that it is very difficult to do them and many people are not able to do such jobs even if they want to because There is something or the other in them which a person is not able to manage properly.

If I tell you on the basis of my experience, I do not like the job of sales and marketing at all and I do not like this job even one percent, even though the money and commission in this job is very good, but it is very difficult for me. I am saying this because I have many reasons to prove my point, the first reason is that my communication skills are very poor and if a person has to do a job in sales and marketing then For that, a person's communication skills should be very good so that he can talk to his customers and sell his product to them because in the job of sales and marketing, people have to sell their product and in such a situation, if the person communicates properly. If the person is not able to talk about his product, then it will be a very difficult situation because the customer himself will not be able to know the benefits of the product, so what should he buy. The second thing in this job is that you have to talk a little cleverly and cleverly and sometimes it also happens that the task of seniors comes that you have to sell the product anyway, in such a situation the person who is selling the product. There is a lot of pressure on him.
Another bad thing that I have seen in the job of sales and marketing is that many times you are put under a lot of pressure to sell your product and at some places I have also seen that the employees are humiliated and the employees who If they are unable to complete their task, many times they are even fired from the job, so in such a situation it will be a very risky job. One more thing that I find very bad in this job is that in this job there is always tension on the person and sometimes a person gets so much stressed about his job that his health gets spoiled to a great extent. And sometimes even serious diseases catch the person, due to which the health of the person is deeply affected.
One of the biggest disadvantage in this job is that the salary you get in this is according to your commission and you will get commission only when you sell more and more products, so if it ever happens that you are not able to sell the product. If you are not able to do much marketing or due to some other reason, then your salary will be very less and it is also possible that you may not be able to meet your monthly expenses.
Earlier I had noticed that many salesmen used to come to our house and used to sell different types of products from door to door. Many times we used to talk at home about how difficult this job is because these poor employees have to go door to door to sell their products and it is only after a lot of difficulty that someone has to buy their product.
This happened last year, a salesman had come to my house. He was telling me about the charging bulb that we have a bulb which will give you a backup of three to four hours once recharged, but the price of the bulb was very high. It was more so I thought it was not a good deal then I asked the boy a little about it and he told me that we have come here from some other city and their factory is in another city where bulbs are made. And those people handle the marketing work. I felt very bad for once because those poor employees had come to work far away from their respective cities and the worst thing I felt here was that whatever expenses they had to bear here, they themselves had to bear it and not the company. She did not provide any expenses for this marketing or even for accommodation and food. In such a situation, the more marketing they do and the more products they are able to send, only then will they earn some money and only then will people be able to meet their expenses.
Apart from this, there are many such experiences in my life which make me feel that this job is not right for me at all, no matter how much money I get for this job, I still would not like to do this job. Just a few years ago, when I was unemployed, I used to see many job advertisements in the employment news and about 90% of them were for sales and marketing because this is a sector where vacancies are always open. Because many times it is seen that people work for some time and then leave again and this continues, hence there is no shortage of vacancies in the sector.
I would like to salute those people who select this job in their career and pursue their career in this field.
