Well, I started my day with a hot cappuccino.
The cappuccino is the coffee with milk par excellence together with an espresso and a cup of milk well textured or frothed as it is commonly known.
This is a latte that I would accompany with a small and very sweet dessert such as a cake.
In my work I have managed to perfect the technique of making this coffee, as it is somewhat complicated, but nothing that can be achieved with practice and dedication every day I try this coffee and every day I try to improve its preparation here as I show you in my images I prepare a cappuccino step by step.
Today I learned a different technique and well, as they say knowledge is power, I understood that when it comes to texturizing and heating the milk to add it to the coffee, the milk has to be hot and creamy, but not too much time, since it tends to change the flavor due to the high temperatures to which it is heated.
When the milk reaches a temperature and enters a boiling state, it tends to boil and a process takes place that makes the flavor of the milk change completely.
Every day we learn something new, so now I take care when it comes to texturizing my technique so that the flavor of the milk does not change and to have a perfect coffee with milk, with a very pleasant, frothy and creamy flavor.
