Hello everyone, dear hive friends, I am at work today, Sunday. After the general cleaning at the workplace, we decided to give a general show to the surprise guests who came at noon. We made a lobster weighing 2.5 kg. Our guests left the choice of making the lobster to us. Together with our kitchen chef, we boiled this Lobster first and then made it ready for service and served it to the table.First of all, our guests took photos and then tasted them and gave us a valid grade.
