Frailty is a condition that involves losses in social environment, physical fitness and phychological. Frailty is not same as disability . Frailty causes disability. Frailty is not commonly well known as other other diseases such as Obesity, Stroke and diabetes among people including some medical expertise and there is no yet a preventive strategies to treat this disorder. Therefore, it is necessary to inform the communities with this condition. Causes of frailty in old age

One of the major causes of chronic frailty in old age is how the youth age is spent. Excessive use of the body while in youth either in the place of work or in other activities can actually lead to fraity.

Most of the thing we do while in youth such as too much of sex, excessive intake of alcohol, excessive tobacco smoking and we think we are enjoying are actually the major causes of chronic frailty. Although frailty is natural but chronic one can be promote by all these activities. If we want to aboid chronic frailty in old age, we should do everything moderately while in youth.

Chronic condition can also lead to frailty in old age. It is also related to chronic inflammation or system activation. this is often the body's method of fighting against things that damage it like infections, injuries, and toxins in a shot to heal itself.
