I want to use this medium to greet all great Hivers. How has been your day so far, hope you are all doing good? I'm positive minded that it's all well and fine.

While I was writing this content, I was writing it with a sadden heart and at the same time boiling as well. The way the economy of this country is going is becoming unbearable and no words to define it actually. Currently, if you want to examine the economy situation of this country (Nigeria), what comes to your mind first is inflation. Don't get me wrong, it's not that inflation has not been happening before this time, but the present economy situation of this country is seriously outrunning the income.

Even in our businesses, the gap between the cost of production and the profit is becoming a close one. Meanwhile, bear in mind that in this country, one of the major things that causes inflation is motor spirit, once the fuel price goes, automatically the price of majorly everything will go up. Since June 1st last year, the percentage of price of fuel inflation has flown to 520%, from the price of N180 to N1,150. Since then, anything that has to do with buying and selling of goods and services have virtually skyrocket.

Currently, for every average Nigerian, our expenses are not outrunning our income. We are now buying times 4 or 5 of a product what we use to buy before just because the price of fuel has gone up and without our income improving. That's the state we have found ourselves, the only set of people that can survive in this economy are the politicians and those doing illegal. If you are salary earner without tips or add up, to survive this economy would be so difficult that one would want to consider doing illegal.
