Una de las comidas que mi madre quería para su cumpleaños era la famosa sopa venezolana hecha con caraotas, huesos rojos y verduras, entre otros ingredientes. Este plato es exquisito para ella, yo no comía nada de esto y ahora me sorprende la cantidad de veces que repito comerlo.

Puedo decir que los cumplió humildemente feliz y lo digo porque aunque no llovieron los detalles ni la decoración ella estaba realmente feliz con cada pequeño detalle que hicimos para ella y yo por supuesto feliz de verla así, compartió con su familia un día muy especial donde tuvimos la oportunidad de pasarla muy bien disfrutando cada momento incluso cocinando. Agradecida ante todo con Dios por habernos permitido un año más con mi mamá, que la siga bendiciendo y cumpliendo los deseos de su corazón según su voluntad. Eso fue todo por ese día; 23 de julio de 2021.
