We work day and night to keep ourselves and our loved ones well. So I am starting today's post by welcoming all those real-life warriors.
Now the condition of the country is very good. Students have come forward in difficult times of the country. The country suffered a lot of damage and the work is going on to complete them. Hope the situation in the country will improve in a few days. The weather is very comfortable now. So we don't have much problem. Anyway, today is a beautiful day so my mind is fresh now.
Today I will prepare a fish curry with gourd leaves. It is very beneficial for the body. It is a very nutritious food, A dish suitable for the summer season.
Ingredients-
- Gourd leaves and tips
- Any kind of big fish.
- Chop onion
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- garlic
- Potatoes
- Oil
Step 1-
Clean the leaves and tips of the gourd well. Cut into small pieces remove the ash from the stem and cut into small pieces. Cut it as shown in the picture.
Step 2-
Here I have chopped onion and garlic. Any kind of big fish should be taken. Wash it and cut it into small pieces. Then add turmeric and salt and fry in oil. The fish should be deep-fried. As if it be crispy. Then it will be great to eat.
Step 3-
I will store the oil in which I fry the fish because some oil from the fish has been added to it which is very nutritious. Add onion and garlic to this oil. Fry for a while and add salt, turmeric and chilli powder. Then add cut gourd leaves.
Step 4-
Fry the gourd leaves for a while and add potatoes to it. I will add water after cooking for some time. After all, I will cook some more time with the fried fish. When the water comes down. I will serve it with hot rice.
Gourd leaves are one of my favourite foods. As it is a fibrous food, the body can retain water. Besides, there are many other benefits of gourd greens. Fish fulfils our nutritional needs. All miles today's recipe is very beneficial.
It is a well-known dish of our country. Gourd and gourd leaves are in high demand in the markets as summer vegetables.
