Make tasty dal pizza at home: Recipe

Moong Dal Pizza is the Indian take on Pizzas which is healthier than the flour base pizza. (Well I hope it is)

For this pizza recipe we doesn't need oven. We can bake full pizza properly in kadai. Also we doesn't required any special masala for this yummy pizza. This market style pizza is very tasty and delicious in taste......

Tomato ketchup, Cheesy dip, Salad

Ingredients

  • 250 gms of washed mung bean dal

  • 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (Capsicum, Tomato, Onion, Cabbage, Carrot, Beans, Cauliflower)

  • 1 cup cheese (grated)

  • 1 tsp finely chopped green coriander

  • Finely chopped green chillies

  • 8-10 bread slices, salt and red pepper to taste.

Steps to follow

  • Soak moong dal for 2-3 hours.

  • Make a fine paste of soaked dal in a mixer.

  • Add salt and red chilli powder to taste to the paste.

  • Heat a frying pan and put a little oil on it.

  • When the oil is hot, slow down the gas.

  • Dip a piece of bread in moong dal paste and put it on a hot pan.

  • Put finely chopped green vegetables on the top of the bread, sprinkle a little and let it cook.

  • Put a little oil on the pan around the bread and turn it over and cook on the vegetable side. Serve hot mung dal pizza with green chutney or sauce.
