I have never submitted any of my art to shutterstock before. This is my first. I submitted my few flyers, ID cards, and visiting cards. designs in freelancer .com . I have uploaded it to various comtests in there . Even now I am making a flyer for a contest. However. So today I submitted my spider girl art to shutterstock. Still pending. shutterstock will give review after 5 days. I have selected this Spider girl art for a reason.
Shutterstock does not approve any raster images. All vector files must be used here. No effects can be used in vector designs either. Here is submit the EPS file of Illustrator. The Illustrator file must be saved as 2010. Because the upgrade files are not approved in shutterstock. File size can be any size. 50 mb for images and 100 mb for EPS files. Document artboard size should be (3000 pixels x 3000 pixels). I have given the link to open an account on shutterstock here.

If your design is not according to shutterstock's rules, then their software will automatically reject your design. They will also tell the reason for rejecting your design. As you can see this picture. . This happened when I submitted another of my art. My art size was low by their standards. They will let you know about any problems with your design. So before I selected this art I put many more of my art here but there were some problems that I couldn't fix. Finally this art approved by shutterstock.
Once your file is approved, a message like this will pop up asking you to submit details on your design. A small form will appear where you need to do this. Then use some keywords here so that others can see your design to use these keyboards. Here are some keywords I used for my design.
After that it should be submitted. So they will take 5 days. But I took advice from some experienced people and they said that sometimes even before 5 days they send you the approval result by mail. Let's see what happens. Hope to see a good result.
