Hola amigos de Hive, el día de hoy quería compartir con ustedes una de mis más recientes caminatas, el día de ayer por la tarde decidí salir a conocer algún lugar interesante que me quedara cerca de casa y así fue como me topé con la Plaza General de San Martin en San Justo, Buenos Aires. Sinceramente hace par de meses que vivo a cuadras del lugar pero nunca me había acercado hasta ahí y al llegar me sorprendí porque la verdad es una plaza muy bonita donde las personas de la localidad comparten y pasan parte de su tiempo libre, es un lugar con un montón de estatuas y monumentos referentes a la historia del país y a referentes políticos de importancia. >Hello friends of Hive, today I wanted to share with you one of my most recent walks, yesterday afternoon I decided to go out to know some cool places that were close to home and that's how I stumbled upon the General de San Martin Square in San Justo, Buenos Aires. Honestly, I have been living a couple of blocks away from the place for a couple of months but I had never been there before and when I got there I was surprised because it is a very nice square where local people share and spend part of their free time, it is a place with a lot of statues and monuments referring to the history of the country and important political referents.

La verdad es que resulto ser un sitio ameno donde decidí pasar un rato distinto y además pude observar para de estatuas con relevancia histórica relacionadas con la Guerras de las Malvinas o relacionadas con personajes Históricos de importancia.

The truth is that it turned out to be a pleasant place where I decided to spend a different time and I could also observe statues with historical relevance related to the Falklands War or related to important historical figures.

Al encontrarme aquí decidí leer un poco acerca del lugar y para mi sorpresa esta plaza fue fundada originalmente fundada en 1858 y se denominó Plaza de San Justo nombre que aun actualmente se conserva entre los habitantes en 1944 adquirió el nombre que posee actualmente “Plaza General San Martin” anteriormente la plaza era menos vistosa pero luego de varias remodelaciones la última de ellas en el 2004 la plaza quedo como luce actualmente.

When I found myself here I decided to read a little about the place and to my surprise this square was originally founded in 1858 and was called Plaza de San Justo name that is still preserved among the inhabitants in 1944 acquired the official name that still has today "Plaza General San Martin" previously the square was less colorful but after several renovations the last of them in 2004 the square was as it looks today.

Ya finalizando el recorrido mi novio y yo decidimos parar para comer unos hot dogs en uno de los varios puestos de comida que hay alrededor de la plaza y debo decir que estaban riquisimos.

At the end of the tour my boyfriend and I decided to stop for some hot dogs at one of the many food stands around the square and I must say that they were delicious.

Sinceramente hace poco que vivo en la ciudad de Buenos y me ha sorprendido mucho la gran cantidad de lugares increíbles con muy buen ambiente para compartir en familia, en pareja o con amigos. Fue una caminata rápida así que no queda mucho por contar, quería mostrarles que en cualquier lugar y donde menos te lo esperas puedes encontrarte con lugares increíbles.

Honestly, I have been living in the city of Buenos Aires for a while and I have been very surprised by the great amount of incredible places with a great atmosphere to share with family, couple or friends. It was a quick walk so there is not much left to tell, I wanted to show you that anywhere and where you least expect it you can find amazing places.
