Hola mis queridos amigos, hoy prepararemos un platillo común pero delicioso y súper sencillo en el menú de los Venezolanos, Arroz con Pollo y Salchicha, y cuando tenemos visitas es el ideal muy rendidor.
Hello my dear friends, today we will prepare a common but delicious and super simple dish on the Venezuelan menu, Rice with Chicken and Sausage, and when we have visitors it is the ideal that is very rewarding.
Ingredientes:
• Pollo.
• Salchichas.
• Zanahoria.
• Papas.
• Cebollín.
• Ajo Porro.
• Arroz.
• Sal al Gusto.
Ingredients:
•Chicken.
• Sausages.
•Carrot.
• Popes.
• Chives.
• Garlic leek.
•Rice.
•Salt to taste.
Primero picamos en cuadritos el ajo porro y el cebollín.
First we chop the garlic joint and the chives into squares.
Luego picamos en cuadritos la papa y zanahoria.
Then we diced the potato and carrot.
En un sartén precalentado con un poquito de aceite colocamos los vegetales y verduras. Luego le agregamos picados de igual forma el pollo y las salchichas. Le colocamos agua y esperamos que hierva.
In a preheated pan with a little oil, place the vegetables and greens. Then we add chopped chicken and sausages in the same way. We put water in it and wait for it to boil.
Por último le agregamos el arroz y esperamos que seque, la proporción del arroz en por cada taza de arroz dos de agua. Sal al gusto.
Finally we add the rice and wait for it to dry, the proportion of rice in two cups of water for each cup of rice. Salt to taste.
