Ni siquiera sé por dónde empezar, solo sé que hoy tengo muchas ganas de compartir algunas cosas que he estado haciendo en las últimas semanas. Iba a comenzar haciéndole un StoryTime del porqué y él como, pero la verdad es que eso en estos momentos está complicado, pero para darles contexto simplemente les diré: Iutirla, primer trimestre diseño gráfico. El caso es que de septiembre he estado haciendo un par de cosas muy artísticas que si bien estado bastante oxidada, creo que ya le voy agarrando el ritmo y quería compartírselas, ya que a mí me gusta muchísimo documentar todos mis procesos e inmortalizarlos acá en mi bloque así que comencé.

I don't even know where to start, I just know that today I really want to share some of the things I've been doing in the last few weeks. I was going to start doing a StoryTime of why and how, but the truth is that it's complicated right now, but to give you some context I'll just tell you: Iutirla, first trimester graphic design. The thing is that since September I've been doing a couple of very artistic things that although I've been quite rusty, I think I'm getting the rhythm and I wanted to share them with you, since I really like to document all my processes and immortalize them here in my block so I started to do them.

Ni siquiera yo sé cuando fue la última vez que hice una maqueta, en lo que sí tengo muy claro es que no he hecho en toda mi vida más de tres y estoy casi segura que la última vez estaba en la escuela, tenía menos de 10 años. Así que se imaginarán el reto que fue para mí hacer una maqueta que representara los medios de comunicación digitales. Pero no todo tan trágico como parece y es que en conjunto decidimos hacer una maqueta de una computadora y un mundo, del cual salieron varios palitos con los íconos de distintas páginas y redes sociales, eso era para una exposición así que realmente se explicó mucho verbalmente, pero puede entenderse de forma visual.

I don't even know when was the last time I made a model, what I do know for sure is that I haven't made more than three in my whole life and I'm almost sure that the last time I was in school, I was less than 10 years old. So you can imagine the challenge it was for me to make a model that represented the digital media. But not all as tragic as it seems and is that together we decided to make a model of a computer and a world, which came out several sticks with icons of different pages and social networks, that was for an exhibition so it really explained a lot verbally, but can be understood visually.

Posteriormente, estuve haciendo un póster hecho a mano y aunque yo soy una persona demasiado Digital no tenía una creatividad muy buena en esos días me encontraba en un momento muy intenso emocionalmente y eso influye muchísimo en mi forma de crear cosas así que decidí hacer un póster con cartulinas o a mí y una frase que se las escribo por si no le entienden: “la creatividad es la inteligencia divirtiéndose”. Muy curiosa esa frase cuando yo estaba un muy mal momento creativo, jaja, y sí, arregle el error en la palabra divirtiéndose solo para que conste. El caso es que de este proceso creativo no tengo casi nada de fotos porque estaba concentrándome más bien en que todo quedará bien, pero inicié en Illustrator para hacer un boceto y luego estuve pasando a la mesa creativa, es decir, el comedor de mi casa.

Later, I was making a handmade poster and although I am a very Digital person I did not have a very good creativity in those days I was in a very intense moment emotionally and that influences a lot in my way of creating things so I decided to make a poster with cardboard or me and a phrase that I write in case you do not understand: “creativity is intelligence having fun”. Very funny that phrase when I was in a very bad creative moment, haha, and yes, I fixed the mistake in the word having fun just for the record. The thing is that I have almost no pictures of this creative process because I was concentrating more on getting everything just right, but I started in Illustrator to make a sketch and then I was moving on to the creative table, that is, the dining room of my house.

Por último, pero no menos importante, tenemos una obra artística para el mes Rosa el cual fue una silueta de una mujer con una flor es un vestido rosa y un lazo esto tiene una historia muy divertida y es que nosotras hicimos eso lo colocamos y al otro día tuvimos la sorpresa de qué el perro se lo comió literalmente. Así que tuvimos que hacerlo todo otra vez para el día viernes en una hora y creo que nos quedó muchísimo más bonito incluso hicimos un lazo aparte lleno de flores que siento que le dio el toque justo e innecesario y ese día hicieron una baila terapia de ahí esa foto grupal que me hicieron el favor de tomarle con mi teléfono. La verdad es que la segunda vez que hicimos esa muñeca entendí que a veces todo tiene su tiempo y aunque así fue más cansón, realmente me disfruté el proceso creativo. Y creo que no se me escapa nada por ahora, pero en definitiva estaré compartiéndoles muchas, cosas de este estilo en las próximas semanas, nos leemos pronto!

Last but not least, we have an artwork for Rose month which was a silhouette of a woman with a flower is a pink dress and a bow this has a very funny story and that is that we did that we placed it and the next day we had the surprise that the dog literally ate it. So we had to do it all over again for Friday in an hour and I think it was much nicer and we even made a separate bow full of flowers that I feel gave it the right and unnecessary touch and that day they did a dance therapy hence that group photo that they did me the favor of taking with my phone. The truth is that the second time we made that doll I understood that sometimes everything has its time and although it was more tiring, I really enjoyed the creative process. And I don't think I'm missing anything for now, but I will definitely be sharing a lot of this kind of things in the next weeks, see you soon!
