Does anyone else think that Sundays are the perfect days for cleaning? It's so weird that for many of us we see Sundays as the end of the week when it's the opposite, it's actually the beginning of the week, if you look at calendars it's the first day that's marked but for work reasons and when a 48 hour break began to be established that's when Sunday started to be called the seventh day of the week (previously people only rested on Saturdays).
Today I did several things that I hope to share this week, for example I made a craft with clay for the first time, I've always loved fine arts and every chance I get I explore a little more, I tried to do something that was quite useful for me.
Continuing with the cleaning as I said at the beginning, today I woke up, put on some music and started a deep cleaning. Especially in the kitchen area, I moved everything from one place to another, the feeling of leaving everything clean is unbeatable, when you finish and eat a snack, it makes you feel good, even taking a bath and finally resting makes you feel that today you have earned the bread on your table, that you have done something really valuable, it's that our house is our temple, having a temple that is tidy and clean is the same as having our whole being in order. ¿Alguien más piensa que los domingos son los días perfectos para la limpieza? Es tan raro que para muchos de nosotros veamos los domingos como el final de la semana cuando es todo lo contrario, realmente es el inicio de la semana, si te fijas en los calendarios es el primer día que marca pero por cuestiones laborales y cuando se empezó a establecer un descanso de 48 horas fue cuando el domingo empezó a ser llamado el séptimo día de la semana (antiguamente se descansaba solamente los sábados).
Hoy hice varias cosas que espero estar compartiendo en la mesa, por ejemplo hice por primera vez una manualidad con arcilla, siempre me han encantado las bellas artes y en cada oportunidad que tengo voy explorando un poco más, traté de hacer algo que fuese bastante útil para mí.
Continuando con la limpieza como dije al inicio, hoy desperté coloqué música y empecé una limpieza profunda. En especial en el área de la cocina, moví todo de un lugar a otro, la sensación de dejar todo limpio es insuperable, cuando acabas y comer un snack, te hace sentir bien, incluso tomar un baño y finalmente descansar te hace sentir que hoy te has ganado el pan de tu mesa, que has hecho algo realmente valioso, es que nuestra casa es nuestro templo, tener un templo ordenado y limpio, es lo mismo que tener todo nuestro ser en orden.
