Take out time to smile during the course of the day most especially when you are confronted with most challenging time, it is key to happiness. Don't let your problems be so overwhelming that you can't find laughter. Happy people are not exempt from the trials and tribulations of life.
How you experience the challenge in your life about the thoughts you keep programming in your brain day in day out, to understand and to utilize the power of your thought to work for you and not against you. The thought that you have about any challenge in your life will ultimately determine the outcome. It will determine the quality of success that you will have in that specific challenge.
It is not the circumstances, it is not the situation, it is not the event that takes place in our lives that determine the quality of live. It's the thought we have about it that will either minimize or maximize the effect that challenge will have on you. Your thought formulates the believe you have about that challenge. Your believe comes from constant programming of your thoughts.
