Hello Guys! Everything all right around here? Another episode of Funk Points landing on Peakd!
Two points that served as the basis for several montages of carioca funk: the beat Volt Mix created by Dj Battery Brain and the point Samuel.
When carioca funk began to put its face in the sun, by the end of the 80's, it had a beat that became the rice-with-beans of all the songs that burst at that time: VoltMix. If you don't remember, it was that beat that preceded the drumming, with some absurdly blown bass and fucking dancing.
The beat is from DJ Battery Brain. The original name of the beat is "808 Beatapella Mix", which was the second track on the B-side of the single 8 Volt Mix. Hence the name. In the early 1990s, this was the basis used for several "Raps", which is what the crowd called those funks like the Rap of guns, cidinho and doca.
O beat é do DJ Battery Brain.
Another famous montage is from the point Samuel, which comes from the international success "Open your eyes" of the artist Samuel. You've probably heard this little sample at some party. What a lot of funkeiro asks is "Does Samuel know we use this stretch?"
Outra montagem famosa é do ponto Samuel, que vem do sucesso internacional "Open your eyes" do artista Samuel.
