This order was made by a client for her husband. She, too, is one of those who make me orders every year for her family and additionally, she works in a mining corporation that can bring me more good clients. ### So I try to make everything perfect.

Claudia, my client, wanted the theme of this cake to be Superman , but she was very emphatic that it should be Henry Cavill Henry's Superman, first because she says her husband thinks he is Superman and second because she is a Cavill fan. Hehe! Between her, her son and me, we came up with ideas of how the set would look like.

Well, I tell you that I spent the whole week working on this two-story cake and the truth is that I liked the result. The bottom tier is a vanilla sponge cake with a passion fruit/parchita mousse filling and the second tier is a Red Velvet Cake with a Cream Cheese Frosting filling. As always for this type of decorations I like to use Chocolate Ganache in the topping because it is easier to decorate and manipulate.

Este encargo lo hizo una cliente para su esposo. Ella, también es de las que me hacen encargos todos los años para su familia y adicionalmente, trabaja en un corporativo de la minería que me puede traer más y buenos clientes. ### Así que trato que todo sea perfecto.

Claudia, mi cliente, quiso que la temática de esta torta fuera de Superman , pero fue bien enfática en que fuera el Superman de Henry Cavill Henry, primero porque dice que su esposo se cree Superman y segundo porque ella es fan de Cavill. Jeje! Entre ella, su hijo y yo aportamos ideas de cómo sería el decorado.

Bueno, les cuento que estuve toda la semana trabajando en esta Torta de dos pisos y la verdad es que me gustó el resultado. El piso de abajo es un bizcocho de vainilla con un relleno de mousse de maracuyá/parchita y el segundo piso es un Bizcocho Red Velvet con un relleno de Frosting de Queso Crema. Como siempre para este tipo de decorados me gusta usar Ganache de chocolate en la cobertura porque es más fácil de decorar y manipular.
