Today I was able to go to a supermarket with my friends from work; without a doubt, this was much needed, since I needed certain things that I couldn't get in a regular store.
Eugenia picked us up at home because she has a car. Once we arrived at the supermarket I went to get coffee, cookies, flour for arepas, ham, cheese, butter and some delicious potatoes. All this had a cost of 6 USD approximately.
Below I show you some pictures with my friends, you can also see part of the shopping place and the items I was able to buy. By the way, I was impressed with the prices, since they are much more accessible here than where I live.
Hoy pude ir a un supermercado junto a mis amigas del trabajo; sin duda, esto me hacía mucha falta, ya que necesitaba ciertas cosas que en un local común no podía conseguir.
Eugenia nos pasó buscando por casa porque tiene auto. Una vez llegamos al supermercado fui a buscar café, galletitas, harina para arepas, jamón, queso, manteca y unas papas deliciosas. Todo esto tuvo un costo de 6 USD aproximadamente.
