He pasado un buen tiempo, más o menos unos 10 días que no publico nada porque estaba demasiado ocupado con mis estudios, con el trabajo y con algunos asuntos pendientes.
Pues recientemente realizó un curso de preparador físico y me he enfocado en leer mucho y estudiar mucho, tengo una gran cantidad de contenido, el cual debo aprender y ejecutar para hacer el mejor en el área en algún futuro.
Mientras tanto aprovecho este momento aquí en mi trabajo porque parte del trabajo es relajarme, ya que trabajo en un café para expresarlo un poco de lo que ha sido mi vida durante estos días.
Pese a las adversidades siempre me tomó todo con calma y con mucho positivismo las cosas pasan por algo, por lo tanto, sigo adelante, sigo trabajando estudiando y luchando para un futuro próspero y repleto de abundancia.
Me gusta la vida que llegó y más aún en el trabajo aprovecho el trabajo para relajarme, ya que es algo que disfruto mucho

It's been a while, more or less about 10 days that I do not post anything because I was too busy with my studies, with work and with some unfinished business.
Well recently did a fitness trainer course and I have focused on reading a lot and studying a lot, I have a lot of content, which I must learn and execute to do the best in the area in some future.
In the meantime I take advantage of this moment here at my job because part of the job is to relax, as I work in a cafe to express it a little of what has been my life during these days.
Despite the adversities I always took everything calmly and with a lot of positivism things happen for a reason, therefore, I keep going forward, I keep working studying and fighting for a prosperous future full of abundance.
I like the life that came and even more at work I take advantage of work to relax, as it is something I enjoy very much.
