Un muy buen saludo para todos. Hoy quiero hablar un poco sobre estos animales los cuales son muy hermosos, de echo mi abuela en casa tenía varios de esos, en los años que tengo la verdad no había pensado que este animal era plato típico de algunas personas.

En Ecuador es una de las mejores recetas que hacen, se dice que saben parecido al pollo y que hasta vitaminas tiene. A mi en realidad no me llama mucho la atención probarlo pues para mi serán siempre como para mascotas y no para alimentos.
