No es fácil, he dejado de ver las noticias para no llenarme de cosas negativas... Mi trabajo ha servido de distracción, me he mantenido ocupada y así no le doy espacio a los pensamientos negativos.

Hoy me puse a observar el cielito, en la mañana cuando me desperté, en la tarde, y ya casi cuando anochecía, cuando estoy inquieta me da mucha paz quedarme viendo las nubes, el cielo, el panorama, escuchar los pajaritos, me da quietud y calma en el corazón. Y justo, cuando estaba viendo el cielo vino ésta frase a mi mente: Después de la tormenta siempre llega la calma.
