Today I want to remember when I did my Barista course at the Bartenderenclub Academy. I loved this experience since I adore coffee and I learned a lot about how to use the machinery to make the preparation, the difference between arabica and robusta, types of grinding, among others. Enjoy the taste and smell that allows you to experience learning this sweet area, it has been approximately 4 years since I had this enriching day for me.
There are some of the photos where we prepare the coffee with soap haha because of so many practices in order not to lose material we use this and then discard it. I want to emphasize that that day I consumed a lot of coffee and I was very happy.

El dia de hoy quiero rememorar cuando realice mi curso de Barismo en la Academia Bartenderenclub. Me encanto esta experiencia ya que adoro el cafe y aprendi muchisimo acerca de como utilizar la maquinaria para realizar el preparado, la diferencia entre arabica y robusta, tipos de molienda, entre otros. Disfrute del sabor y olor que permite experimentar aprender esta dulce area, ya han pasado aproximadamente 4años desde que tuve este dia tan enriquecedor para mi.
Hay algunas de las fotos donde preparamos los cafe con jabon jaja porque de tantas practicas para no perder material usamos esto y luego lo descartamos. Quiero destacar que ese dia consumi muchisimo cafe y fui muy feliz.
