The summer is over... Autumn is here... The leaves are falling... and the air is getting cold. But one sure way to hold on to the summer vibes is to order a Lobster Roll! This one I got from West Shore Seafood in Morris, Connecticut. They serve them up both hot and cold, but I ordered a cold version, or the "lobster salad" roll as you can see in the photo. It consisted of tender chunks of lobster mixed with mayonnaise, celery and herbs, nestled in a buttery, toasted roll. It was an absolute treat, and a great way to keep the summer vibes rollin'. Easily one of the best lobster rolls in the Litchfield County area.
