When we were in the province, I asked my Aunt if we could cook Lumpia, and they went out early in the morning to get the ingredients.
When they informed me they were cooking it, I went to assist them.
These are the Ingredients we used
- Ground Pork
- Carrots
- Red and green bell pepper
- Onions
- Garlic
- Ground Black pepper
- Oyster Sauce
- Eggs
That's everything we combined together. My Aunt added a secret ingredient, which enhanced the flavor.
We put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours after wrapping it in a lumpia wrapper.
When the kitchen was available and no one was cooking, Jenny and I volunteered to fry the lumpia, but we failed to adjust the heat because it was too brown. lol
Though it appears to be overdone, the Lumpia tastes delicious and I love it.
