Last Saturday I visited the Gran Teatro de La Habana Alicia Alonso and although inside the building you can't film or take pictures... not even of the show (obviously), I did take the opportunity to have some portraits taken on the Boulevard de San Rafael, right next to the theater.
One of the nearby shops has a translucent wall with a very intense blue light, something that caught my attention. So I went over and asked my husband to take some pictures of me. I'm always looking for an opportunity and he loves photography: the perfect combination.
I loved the result, although at first the photos were a little dark, it was already at night and the camera is not the best, but nothing serious that in editing could not be solved.
I hope you like it as much as I do.

El pasado sábado visité el Gran Teatro de La Habana Alicia Alonso y aunque dentro del edificio no se puede grabar, ni tomar fotos… tampoco de la función (obviamente) sí aproveché para hacerme, o mejor dicho me hicieran, unos retratos en el Boulevard de San Rafael, justo al lado del teatro.
Uno de los locales cercanos tiene una pared traslúcida con una luz azul bien intensa, algo que me llamó la atención. Así que ni corta ni perezosa me acerqué y le pedí a mi esposo que me hiciera unas fotos. Yo siempre estoy buscando la oportunidad y a él le encanta la fotografía: la combinación perfecta.
El resultado me encantó, aunque en principio las fotos quedaron un poco oscuras, ya era de noche y la cámara no es la mejor, pero nada grave que en edición no pudiera resolverse.
Espero que le gusten tanto como a mí.
