También conocido como las cuchillas, son una serie de montañas que nos pone a prueba en fuerza y resistencia, se logra apreciar una gran altura, pasando por los filos de la montaña por lo cual nos puede generar gran vértigo y por la cual se encuentra el túnel de la carretera Medellín a Bogotá, durante el recorrido se logra tener una muy buena vista, con unos paisajes grandiosos, el dia estubo muy bien,con un cielo azul y despejado y cok un gran sol, aunque un dia antes habia llovido y nos empantanamos un poco. Sin duda una gran experiencia, son aproximadamente 14 kilómetros y empezamos del parque de copabana, hasta llegar al tambo, estación del metro cable del parque arvi.
