Waking up is a thing of joy, it doesn't happen to everyone so am always grateful for that.

Meditation helps to make one see the challenges, struggle and what lead to those struggles, saving a moment of meditation in my gallery makes it easier for me to remember some of my challenges in the coming future and always have a reason to be grateful.

Today's challenge will always differ from that of yesterday and that coming tomorrow.

I was coming home from a meeting and I decided to have some selfies to remind me that day and that minute of my life.
