AXS - Community Dispute

In case you've missed it, Sky Mavis just recently banned approximately 17K axies as a response to multiaccounting and bad behavior by certain schoolars.

Perhaps not everyone were thrilled about it, but the thing is that no one gives a shit.

That's why i asked what's the purpose of the #AXS as a governance token if you can't vote in... Well anything... It's not a consensus based change so I do understand that such a decision isn't de facto something to be voted in, but it's something that affects all of us, therefore #AXS stakeholders should have the right to say something.

I do, on the other hand, understand that such behavior is, and should be punishable, that's especially true when it comes to a game that has a lot of users who're only interested in milking the system, whilst giving nothing in return. Those kind of people are the worst and they should be expelled, I totally support that.

But if you look at it from a perspective of someone who's doing his best to grow the ecosystem and gets his assets banned for trusting someone.

So you basically land someone your pets, that someone decide to play against the rules, and the only one who gets fucked is you. Not so cool.
Given that schoolarships made the game big, it is unwise to punish those who are the main driving force behind axie success.

My two cents.

There should be a better, code driven solution. Blockchain technology exists to solve the problem of middle man and provide a secure and robust transactional environment.
