This photo is my entry for the Monomad contest by @brumest and @monochromes
I had to be there before the snow melted. Snowfall transforms familiar landscapes into a fairytale world that you want to capture. It's a rare opportunity for me to shoot snow-covered trees. Winters in recent years have become snowless. The winter tree graphics seem monotonous. I have converted the photos to b&w, even though they look monochromatic when the weather is overcast. The snow is white, the photo is neutral gray. But I was able to practice with the settings. I tried to adjust the right exposure. It didn't always produce the desired result.
I left these photographs in color. As you can see this is a neutral gray tone.
