On a random day, the sun was out and I was roaming around the field when I suddenly spotted flock of hens.Surprised me took my camera Sony ZV-E10 of and started to take pictures.

They were totally beautiful and I really don't remember when I saw them last time. We all know them for their distinctive clucking sounds but they were quite here and looking for food.

I didn't move a bit so that they don't get frightened and I remember standing there for half an hour straight.

Well it's true, time flies when you are totally into something or someone.

I tried to study their behaviour and was observing them closely, they instinctively scratch the ground to find food, including seeds, insects, and plants and I was enjoying it all.

Also they were communicating with various sounds while they signal danger and to show their excitement upon finding food.

Well they didn't thought I'm a dangerous for them but people out there in the world are dangerous and their species are getting extinct day by day. Soon the day will come when we will remember them in the red data book and show images to our children and grandchildren so that they can learn that such species existed.

Consider this as my entry to the daily #monomad challenge. I loved the Idea of turning pictures black and white and how it enhances the beauty even more. And also for the record, all these pictures are taken by me and edited with Adobe Lightroom.
