We are excited to announce the release of the latest episode of our vlog, "Surfing the Web3," featuring myself, Luiz Hadad, and my bodyboarder friend @bernardonassar . This episode takes you on a journey of surfing action and cool discussions about crypto and Web3.
After the WSL championship and the big swell in Saquarema, we checked the forecast and headed to Itacoatiara, Niterói, in search of perfect waves. We surfed three incredible days with offshore winds and perfect barrels.
On the way, we had an engaging conversation about how Web3 and cryptocurrencies can help build a life with more freedom, particularly in appreciating financial assets and protecting against the devaluation of fiat currencies like the real and the dollar.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by videomaker Criscia Cesconetto, who captured stunning footage of a sunny day with perfect waves.
I found a couple barrels during my first time in Itacoatiara
The local community's warm reception was another highlight. Bernardo and I were warmly welcomed by rapper and bodyboarder Nissin from the Oriente group, surfers Gabriel Sampaio and Gabriel Pastori, and bodyboarders Dudu Pedra and Guilherme Correia. Everyone was shredding during the sessions, creating an amazing vibe.

I was visiting Itacoatiara for the first time and was thrilled with the experience:
"Itacoatiara surprised me in every way, from the epic waves to the warm reception from the locals. We not only surfed classic conditions but also lived the complete experience, with visits to the traditional Puro Suco snack bar, BBQs, and hangouts with friends after the beach. It was incredible to live the local lifestyle during these days."
Perfect rights and lefts for three consecutive days in "Itacoatiaradise"
Bernardo, a regular at Itacoatiara, shared:
"Sharing these moments with great friends and professionals was amazing. Itacoatiara welcomed us with open arms, and this is reflected in every frame of the video. I hope we can return soon and reciprocate the hospitality we received from our Itacoa friends in ES."

Estamos amarradões em compartilhar o lançamento do mais novo episódio do nosso vlog "Surfando na Web3", com a minha participação, Luiz Hadad, e do bodyboarder Bernardo Nassar. O episódio mostra os bastidores de uma surftrip irada, com altas ondas e discussões interessantes sobre cripto e Web3.
Após o campeonato da WSL e o swell grande em Saquarema, olhamos a previsão e partimos pra Itacoatiara, Niterói, em busca de ondas perfeitas. Surfamos três dias incríveis com vento terral e tubos animais.
No caminho, tivemos uma conversa sobre como a Web3 e as criptomoedas podem ajudar a construir uma vida com mais liberdade, especialmente na valorização dos ativos financeiros e na proteção contra a desvalorização das moedas fiduciárias, como o real e o dólar.

A recepção calorosa da comunidade local foi outro destaque. Bernardo e eu fomos muito bem recebidos pelo rapper e bodyboarder Nissin, do grupo Oriente, os surfistas Gabriel Sampaio e Gabriel Pastori, e os bodyboarders Dudu Pedra e Guilherme Correia. Todos estavam quebrando nas sessões, criando uma vibe incrível.
Visitei Itacoatiara pela primeira vez e fiquei encantado com a experiência:
"Itacoatiara me surpreendeu em todos os aspectos, das ondas iradas à recepção calorosa dos locais. Além de termos surfado condições clássicas, vivemos a experiência completa, com visitas à tradicional lanchonete Puro Suco, churrascos e resenhas com amigos após a praia. Foi incrível viver o estilo de vida local nesses dias."

Bernardo, que é frequentador assíduo de Itacoatiara, disse:
"Compartilhar esses momentos com grandes amigos e surfistas foi incrível. Itacoatiara nos recebeu de braços abertos e isso se refletiu em cada frame do vídeo. Espero que possamos voltar em breve e retribuir a hospitalidade que recebemos dos nossos amigos de Itacoa no ES."
