I am happy with my health improvement. Thank you!

Hello and welcome to my blog! How are you today? I hope everyone is having an amazing day and feeling well. I'm happy to share that I'm recovering, I'm about 99% better from my vertigo, I think. The last bit to tackle is the psychological impact, but it’s manageable. When I immerse myself in the virtual world of gaming, I can easily forget about it. Engaging in enjoyable games has significantly helped my mental health.

However, my anxiety often makes me worry that my vertigo is taking longer to heal. The first time I experienced vertigo, I recovered within an hour. The second episode lasted a few hours, and during the third, I was affected all night and had to visit the emergency room. Most recently, the effects lasted four days. I share this not to boast, but because deep down, I have my concerns.

I am grateful to God that since the day before yesterday, I’ve started exercising. I walked on the treadmill for an hour while singing along to Michael Bublé karaoke. Today, I walked and jogged for nearly an hour on the treadmill as well.

For me, this is a significant improvement. I sincerely hope to maintain this consistency in exercising and to further enhance my health. I have a doctor’s appointment scheduled for early next month to discuss my ear issues. The specialist suspects that my imbalance might be related to my ears, so I’ll be exploring physiotherapy and possibly some additional medication, I don't know.

Regardless, I’m very thankful for my improving health. Today, I even started driving again! It feels wonderful to return to normalcy after several challenging days filled with uncertainty about my mental and physical state. Thank you all for your prayers and support.

That’s all for today. I wish everyone a wonderful day. Take care!
