Sign Pepper Plant Has Been Fed Too Many Nutrients?

I believe the wrinkled leaves is a sign of too many nutrients for my bell peppers.

I have a tendency to push the nutrients when my plants begin to bud. I have found this to really boost the fruit growth but there is a balance.
Just as in humans the skin shows many signs that are effecting our health.
Leaves and the bark are the shin of the plants and you need to see the signs.
To flush out this over load of nutrients I simply flush the plant with water.

I fill the plant with water to the top of the container.

Then wait until it absorbs into the soil.

If we end up with a sunny afternoon that semi dries out the peppers I will flush it one more time.
