Scream
Joined the SCREAM JAM 2023 game jam last week. The jam ran for seven days and had the theme... horror.
Having worked on ARW for a long time, it felt good to take a break and do a short project. It is also a good opportunity to measure how things have been progressing with the engine and tools. Is it easy to use? Can you be productive?
All in all it worked well. The issues I had during the week was not so much with what I was using to create the game, rather own poor planning or execution.
A hero out and about
Dead Cry Death
A very short game based on art that have sprites that are 8x8 pixels large. The submitted game is perhaps not representative of the original idea, but it does let you play through a level with a goal and a possibility to complete it.
